Who is eligible for the Pietra Tariff Protection Program?
Any brand with a Pietra membership (free trial available). The fund is open to both new and existing users who are sourcing from a new factory through Pietra’s first-party factory network.
What does the fund cover?
Pietra will reimburse the tariffs on your first sample order from a new factory, covering up to $1,000 in product value. This helps reduce the risk of testing a new supplier amid tariff uncertainty.
Does my sample have to be from a factory outside China?
No. You can source from any factory in Pietra’s network. If you choose to stay with a Chinese supplier, the tariff coverage still applies. However, we can help you find factories in lower-tariff countries or in the U.S. if you’re looking to diversify or relocate.
Can I use the fund for a factory I already work with?
The fund is intended to help you discover new suppliers, so it only applies to your first order with a new factory in the Pietra network.
What kind of products can I source?
Almost anything. Pietra supports sourcing for apparel, accessories, beauty, home goods, packaging, wellness products, and more.
How do I receive the tariff reimbursement?
Once your sample order is placed and processed through a Pietra in-netwrk supplier, our team will apply the tariff relief automatically. If any additional documentation is needed, we’ll reach out directly.
When does the fund expire?
The fund is available through June 30, 2025, or until the full $100,000 is allocated — whichever comes first.
What happens after my sample order?
If the supplier is a fit, you can continue working with them on production and fulfillment — all within Pietra. You’ll also earn 1% back on all orders and have access to our full suite of logistics and growth tools.
