When we first started working, samples and service were perfect. Sadly, in the first bulk order all my products came with chalk on the logo, and the solution they provide was that I had to clean them. I gave another opportunity, but the second bulk order came with all the products with a white square, like a burn, in the fabric around the logo. When I asked for a solution, he answered, "Oh my god. That was not burnt. Please hang the clothes and use a steam iron". Deplorable service and no solutions with quality issues. Sadly, we are no longer working with this supplier

She gives suggestions when necessary which I appreciate as a new business owner. I placed my first bulk order with them and although we had some embroidery issues - Lucy did what she needed to to help the situation. I just ordered my second sample as I'm looking forward to doing more business with them.
