If I could give 0 star I would. This supplier is very unprofessional & rude!! They lack customer service & from jump they seem to not want business just the money. I wouldn’t do business with them at all plus we didn’t even get to the sample. Just Terrible! & just stopped replying to my messages. Save yourself the headache dealing with these rude ass people.

I had a great experience with this supplier. They paid extra attention to details and delivered on time.

The supplier was responsive. However, after ordering and receiving a sample of the product, we allowed it to expand for a couple of days. Unfortunately, the lumbar support cushion still had wrinkles even after two months. We found that its quality did not meet the standard of other lumbar support cushions we have previously purchased from different suppliers.

Soul Flavor was AWESOME to work with. They were super responsive and pleasant, and patient with me as I made changes and worked through the process. I haven't recieved my items quite yet, but I wanted to leave a review here for the wonderful service and guidance they provided throughout my first foray into production of an idea.

Take a while for items to be shipped but I really enjoyed the experience with Soul Flavor. The sample they created of my original design came out perfect. l will be ordering additional items and hopefully will have a long relationship with Soul Flavor.

The customized glass is beautiful, the service attitude is good, and the shipping is fast! wow! I can't wait to work on my next project with you
