September 06, 2024There were several issues during our sampling process and when they produced the final sample I approved, I received it only for there to be an issue with the hoodie neck area. They have also not responded to any of my messages since mass producing. I do not recommend

January 17, 2024This company does not communicate. I was never told the name of the person I was speaking to. After paying the invoice for my sample I didn't hear from Fitkin again. I reached out two weeks later for an update and received a short message saying my sample would be shipped tomorrow. There was never any communication about the design process.

Also very flexible and quality products and materials. She is very responsive to all the questions I had. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!
