There were several issues during our sampling process and when they produced the final sample I approved, I received it only for there to be an issue with the hoodie neck area. They have also not responded to any of my messages since mass producing. I do not recommend

This company does not communicate. I was never told the name of the person I was speaking to. After paying the invoice for my sample I didn't hear from Fitkin again. I reached out two weeks later for an update and received a short message saying my sample would be shipped tomorrow. There was never any communication about the design process.

Surbhi is a very good resource because of her knowledge in the industry. I trust her opinion and often seek her input when I need to make decisions for the Custom line that I am starting.
