Placed a sample order for some bundles, reached out to customer service 9 days after no contact and leaving multiple messages.. pietra customer service was horrible as well.. nanami reached back out on day 11 and shipped the package.. received the package and it was the wrong items.. reached back out about it and no response from customer service … just look somewhere else .. save your time and money.
