I started working with Amour(aka Yang), a representative of WeiSheng Packaging /SoulFlavor), and initially, things looked really promising. He was enthusiastic, quick to say yes to everything, and even provided some great samples, especially for my small order quantities. This made me hopeful about continuing the relationship. However, when it came time to move into production, he backed out, saying he couldn’t fulfill the order unless the quantities increased significantly. This was disappointing and felt quite unprofessional. Towards the end, communication became difficult, and he was quite rude. The language barrier didn’t help, even though we used translation tools and WhatsApp to communicate. Overall, it’s a very small company that I found to be unreliable. If you’re a new startup, I’d recommend not wasting time with them.
