I was happy with the product it was just what i wanted, a soft quality bag with easy slide zipper, nice printed logo design. Very good quality.

The thank-you cards are so beautiful. They have a smooth and high quality, glossy finish. They are not warped. The weight is nice and the gold stamping on it is gorgeous. All of my specifications were met. NICO was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. Not to mention, the items came much faster than anticipated. Really love these custom drawstring bags, look very elegant and high quality. Fabrics are cotton, feel very soft. All these are handmade, so requires time to make. Custom logos are very well printed, exactly what I requested. Definitely will come back to order more in the future.

Do not use for high-quality custom projects. The custom hang tags I ordered all came with streaks in them. After receiving them and informing YOKO about quality concerns, they claimed it's expected to receive printed hang tags with streaks, but gave me no warning that my design would result in unusable tags. I also asked for custom color poly bags and poly mailers. They did not attempt to create the custom color I asked for, nor did they make it clear that the custom color was not possible. Their custom colors are just pre-made color options. What I received matched the generic sample pack I ordered before production perfectly. The specific colors were very important to my branding, so what I received is unusable. Some of the poly bags I received were also damaged in shipping, which took weeks longer than anticipated.
