Really love these custom drawstring bags, look very elegant and high quality. Fabrics are cotton, feel very soft. All these are handmade, so requires time to make. Custom logos are very well printed, exactly what I requested. Definitely will come back to order more in the future.

If I could give this supplier 1 star I would. They take way too long to produce samples, and become non-responsive once you place your order. I followed up after I paid my invoice every couple of weeks to see the status of my order. I was always told "it's in production", then a month passed, then two, then three. Before the tariffs started, (about 2 months after I placed my order), I asked if they could ship my items before the surge. They didn't respond, then three weeks later, they told me I had to pay an additional $300 to have my items shipped. When the tariffs were lifted AGAIN and there was a 90 day grace period for shipments, I reached out to them again and asked them to ship them. I got no response. I opened up a supplier ticket and Pietra did nothing to assist either. I still have not received my items and it's now June. According to them, my boxes were produced in April. Do not buy anything from this supplier.

These boxes are incredible. They arrived right on time and the print quality is fantastic for our new collections. We will be ordering more soon.
