Our experience with this company has unfortunately been very disappointing. On several occasions, the promised designs were not delivered as agreed. Beyond simple shape adjustments, the errors involved proportions, printing, and embroidery — even resulting in the production of an entire batch that was not compliant. Although they re-produced the order, these delays and corrections caused us significant costs and disrupted our events. After reorganizing our plans accordingly, we eventually received products of noticeably lower quality, justified by the statement: ‘We didn’t have time to do things properly.’ We requested compensation, but the company stopped responding to our messages, forcing us to go through a third party (Pietra) to seek reimbursement. We do not recommend working with this company if you value the respect of your projects and the quality of the work delivered.
