Really disappointed with the whole experience with this supplier. They were not upfront with prices, changed the price of things as I submitted my purchase order and were not transparent about where they were shipping my package. I asked them to ship directly to me, was told this was possible, and yet my package ended up at pietras warehouse. I received several damaged items and they refused to take responsibility. I was told if I wanted my product to be good quality, I needed to inform them of that and pay extra. They would not remake the merchandise and I had to go through Pietra mediation to even get them to agree to a partial refund (which they required three separate rounds of photo evidence for) They have also asked me to take down my review twice. I highly recommend looking for someone else.

Highly responsive. Do not follow design specs in creating sample - sometimes this works to your advantage and the result is better, sometimes it is not and you need to provide the same feedback and get a new sample. The MOQ on the Pietra profile is not for custom projects. For custom you need min 500 units and they will not produce a sample in other sizes once you finalize the sample size fit (even if you want to pay for them) If you have a simple product design and clearly defined spec with precise details they can probably do a good/quick job. But even getting custom pj bottoms to fit has been a struggle.

Absolutely horrified at what I received. They weighed down my package with rocks and random pieces of metal. If the MOQ didn’t meet some requirement for shipping weight they should have said. There are random nails and screws poking holes in the packaging I also paid for.
